The more Mom cats that are killed, the more kittens wander into town, and the more Moms and kittens ODFW is killing, again and again. This is not wildlife management. It's just the bloody massacre of malfeasant extermination of our irreplaceable wildlife, the public trust and the timeless lessons of survival and compatibility passed from mom to kitten destroyed with them, thrown into trenches and covered with dirt, or stuffed and mounted with vacant glass eyes.
